The Caves and The Rowantree are truly unique and atmospheric venues making them the ideal setting for private dining.
We have created menus that compliment the venue perfectly and offer a range of dining styles from traditional seated dinners to the more informal Caves Feast We use only the finest, locally sourced Scottish produce where possible to ensure all dishes are of a high quality.
Our head chef, Philippe Meylan has been dishing culinary delights for over 25 years. Originally hailing from Lyon, he learnt his trade and developed his skills in his native France. Philippe has worked in a number of one and two Michelin starred restaurants in Paris and a number of 5 star hotels in Geneva, Courchevel and Evian les Bains.
The Rowantree is suitable for formal seated dining for up to 60 guests and The Caves can cater for up to 130 guests for formal seated dining.
